Our mission is to ensure that every pet receives the care they deserve, regardless of their owner’s financial situation.

Veterinary Community Outreach (VCO) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing low-cost and no-cost preventative veterinary services to low-income families in the eastern panhandle of West Virginia and surrounding areas. Our mission is to ensure that all pets receive the essential care they need, regardless of their owners’ financial circumstances.

Every contribution helps us continue our mission of providing essential care to animals in need. We believe in keeping pets and their families together. For example, just a $5 donation can provide a vital rabies vaccine for a cat or dog. Your support makes a meaningful difference in the lives of both pets and their owners.
